Welcome to FashionHub.lk. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our website and your purchase of products from Fashion Hub.

By using this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Fashion Hub

Fashion Hub is a Sri Lankan online shopping destination offering fashion accessories, clothing and lifestyle products, including watches, wallets, sunglasses, bags, jewellery, kids wear and gym accessories.

In these terms, “Fashion Hub,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of FashionHub.lk. “Customer,” “you” and “your” refer to anyone who visits the website or places an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate and complete
You are authorised to use the selected payment method
You are legally able to enter into the transaction
You will comply with these Terms and Conditions

3. Customer Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain website features.

You are responsible for:

Minor differences may exist between photographs and delivered products

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:

Offer a suitable replacement
Provide store credit with your agreement
Refund the amount paid for the unavailable product
Cancel the affected part of the order

We will contact you before replacing a product with a different item.

6. Prices

All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges, taxes or other applicable fees will be shown during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

Fashion Hub may change product prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or administrative error, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and refund any payment received.

7. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an automatic order acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms that we received your request, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when Fashion Hub confirms it, receives any required payment and begins processing or dispatching the products.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

The product is unavailable
Payment cannot be confirmed
The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised
There is an obvious pricing or product-information error
The order violates these Terms and Conditions

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable payment will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

8. Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. These may include card payments, bank transfers, cash on delivery or other approved methods.

Customers must provide accurate payment information and use only payment methods they are authorised to use.

Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Payment approval may be subject to checks performed by the relevant bank, card issuer or payment provider.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to eligible addresses in Sri Lanka, subject to courier availability and delivery coverage.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, courier interruptions, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and an active telephone number. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be sent again because the address was incorrect, the customer was unavailable or delivery was refused.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation before an order is dispatched. We cannot guarantee that a request can be completed once processing has begun.

An order that has already been dispatched may need to be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Fashion Hub may cancel an order in the circumstances described in these terms.

11. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must follow our Return and Refund Policy.

Products should generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original packaging, labels, accessories and proof of purchase.

Certain products may not qualify for return because of hygiene, personalisation or final-sale restrictions, except where the product was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights available to customers under applicable Sri Lankan law.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, including:

Start and expiry dates
Minimum purchase amounts
Product or category restrictions
Usage limits
Customer eligibility requirements

Discount codes cannot normally be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers or applied after an order has been placed.

Fashion Hub may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, technical errors or incorrect information.

13. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience
You own it or have permission to submit it
It does not violate another person’s rights
It is not unlawful, threatening, offensive, misleading or fraudulent

You permit Fashion Hub to display and use submitted content in connection with our website, products and services. We may remove content that violates these terms.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts or systems
Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful software
Interfere with the website’s operation or security

Product names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The website may use or link to services operated by payment providers, couriers, social media platforms and other third parties.

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Fashion Hub is not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of independent third-party services.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep FashionHub.lk available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, system updates or reasons outside our control. Website features and content may be changed or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fashion Hub will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from:

Website interruptions or technical failures
Delays caused by couriers or other third parties
Unauthorised account access caused by a customer’s failure to protect login details
Misuse of a product or failure to follow care instructions
Events outside our reasonable control

Fashion Hub’s responsibility for a product-related claim will normally be limited to an appropriate repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits a customer’s rights under applicable Sri Lankan law.

19. Events Outside Our Control

Fashion Hub will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transport interruptions, strikes, public emergencies, government restrictions, power failures, internet outages or courier disruptions.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and complete or refund affected orders where appropriate.

20. Privacy

We collect and process personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that your information may be shared with service providers, such as payment processors and couriers, when reasonably necessary to process and deliver your order.

21. Changes to These Terms

Fashion Hub may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, business practices or legal requirements change.

The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date. The terms applicable when an order was placed will normally continue to govern that order.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

If a dispute arises, please contact Fashion Hub first so that we can try to resolve it fairly. If the matter cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled by the courts or other competent authorities of Sri Lanka.
